To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) what was the average period of time spent at Cardiff prison by young people aged(a) 15 years and (b) 16 years who were remanded in custody in each of the last three years;

(2) what was the average period of time spent at Swansea prison by young people aged (a) 15 years and (b) 16 years who were remanded in custody in each of the last three years.
