§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleThe United Kingdom is not participating in the multi-function information distribution system (MIDS) low-volume terminal (LVT) full-scale development programme. Five countries are involved in the MIDS LVT development; Germany, Italy, Spain, France and the United States. Full-scale development is due to start in January 1992.
