§ Mr. Douglas HoggBritish embassy officials in Moscow have, on instructions, twice asked the Soviet authorities if legal proceedings will be instituted against General Soprunenko, a former Red Army officer who has been implicated in the Katyn massacre. They have received no substantive reply yet.
