§ Mr. WakehamThe provision of information to organisations wishing to be registered as network installers under the home energy efficiency scheme (HEES) is a matter for the Energy Action Grants Agency (EAGA). I have today placed in the Library copies of the information sent by EAGA to all those organisations applying for registration, including the preliminary view taken by EAGA on the broad scale of insulation and advice that network installers might be able to undertake using grants under HEES.
