§ Mr. GummerI made my support for the Community's offer very clear in the recent Council meetings which Vice President Andriessen attended. I and my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry will be attending the ministerial meeting in Brussels next week which should bring the round to a conclusion, and we will keep in close contact with Mr. Andriessen.
