§ Mr. McLoughlinA standby vessel for North sea operations has to be surveyed annually if a certificate of inspection is to be issued to it under a code published by the Department. The Cam Spirit satisfied the requirements of this code when she was last surveyed by a marine surveyor in December 1989. The next survey is due in a few weeks.
