§ Mr. Michael Forsyth[holding answer 26 November 1990]: This conference, which is held biennially, was organised by the Scottish division of the Institute of Health Services Management. These conferences are an important forum for discussing health-related matters and the IHSM invites many interested people, including health service and health board officials. Funding for the conference is a matter for the organisers.
