§ Mr. BaldryAs part of the Government's initiative to improve energy efficiency on the Government estate my energy efficiency office gives advice, and encourages Departments to take all cost-effective energy efficiency measures available. In my Department's Palace street building low-energy light bulbs have been fitted, and other Departments have taken similar measures.
