§ Mr. GristIn December 1989 the Countryside Commission announced a major review of the means by which national parks' purposes are pursued. The review, which was endorsed by my right hon. Friend and my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment, is expected to make recommendations on the way forward for the parks into the next century. There are no green belts in Wales.
