§ Mr. GristThe Department is represented on the working group established by my hon. Friend the Minister for Health which is currently engaged on a detailed examination of the issues involved. A considerable amount of ground has already been covered and all parties are aiming to reach broad agreement in principle on specific changes by the end of the year.
