§ Mr. KeyAs I announced on 19 October, from 1 April 1991, 50 per cent. of the running costs of approved home improvement agencies, including those run by housing188W associations, will be met by Government grant. Local housing authorities are responsible for the co-ordination and submission of such bids by the end of the month.
