§ Mr. ScottI am pleased to tell my hon. Friend that yesterday, Wednesday 21 November, my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State laid before the House the Social Fund Cold Weather Payments (General) Amendment Regulations.
The effect of these changes will he to better ensure that conditions in different local areas are properly reflected in the scheme. Copies of the regulations are available in the Vote Office.
