§ Mr. Michael Forsyth[holding answer 19 November 1990]: The public relations department of Greater Glasgow health board employs three officers and a secretary; expenditure for 1989–90 was £100,000 per annum. The value of any contracts placed with outside consultants is a matter of commercial confidence.
