Stein advertising campaign for the flotation of the electricity distribution companies, as compensation for its costs in settling the claim for breach of the Herman Munster copyright by the MCA Merchandising subsidiary of Universal Studios, Hollywood, USA.
§ Mr. BaldryNo supplementary fees have been paid, or are to be paid to WCRS in respect of any aspect of the claim for alleged breach of copyright by MCA Merchandising. A total of £6,000 was paid by the Government as a contribution to the licence fee, which is normal in such circumstances.
