§ Mr. LeighThe Government have made no offer of financial assistance to MCA for the development of its proposed theme park at Rainham Marshes. However, the Government have offered MCA limited financial assistance for further site survey work at Rainham Marshes to establish the degree of contamination of the site and the likely remedial costs.
