§ Mr. ScottMedical board doctors have always been trained to take into account all the evidence, including the medical reports on which previous successful and unsuccessful claims have been based. Medical officers of the Department, who are required to advise adjudication officers deciding mobility allowance claims, were given further guidance in the light of the decision of the tribunal of commissioners.
