§ Mr. Douglas HoggWe want to see the United Nations Security Council resolutions fully implemented. We seek complete and unconditional Iraqi withdrawal from Kuwait, the restoration of its legitimate Government and the release of all foreign nationals held in Iraq and Kuwait. As my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister told the House on 7 November, either Saddam Hussein should voluntarily leave Kuwait or he will be forced to withdraw.
