Mr. JacksonThe Department of Employment group is going through a period of significant reorganisation as a result of the relocation of work out of London, the establishment of the Employment Service as an executive agency, and the setting up of training and enterprise councils. I have therefore decided to set up an efficiency scrutiny to examine internal communications within the group.
