Further to the statement by Lord Reay (29th October 1990, H.L. Deb. col. 1684), which dependent territories have been asked whether they wish to ratify the United Nations convention of the rights of the child, and what replies have so far been received.

Deb. col. 1683), which government departments are involved in assessing whether British domestic legislation is in line with the United Nations convention on the rights of the child, and which articles of the convention are being dealt with by which departments.
