§ Mr. Peter LloydNo. The Refugee Council's proposals to provide reception and assessment services to unaccompanied refugee children were sent to the Minister for Health and my right hon. and learned Friend. They make a useful contribution to consideration of the issues in this complex area and are being considered by both Departments. I intend to respond to the Refugee Council. on behalf of both Departments, as soon as possible.
