HC Deb 14 November 1990 vol 180 cc172-3W
Mr. Dunnachie

To ask the Secretary of State for Employment (1) if claimants in designated pilot areas for action credit schemes who do not wish to participate will be subject to any restriction of benefits or any other discriminatory sanction; and if he will make a statement;

(2) if his Department will publish in full the market research conducted into the action credit scheme in the west of Scotland; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Jackson

Questions on operational matters in the Employment Service executive agency are the responsibility of Mike Fogden, the agency's chief executive, to whom I have referred this question for reply.

Mr. Dunnachie

To ask the Secretary of State for Employment if his Department will publish in full upon completion its evaluation of existing action credit schemes; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Jackson

Any decisions relating to publication of the evaluation report of the action credit pilot scheme will be made after the report has been completed. This will not be before the end of November.
