§ Mrs. ChalkerWe shall be considering the future level, and uses, of our support for the regional programmes of the Southern African Development Co-ordination Conference—SADCC—in advance of the annual consultative conference in early 1991. The pledge of £10 million, made in January this year, brings the total of our support for SADCC since its inception in 1980 to £70 million.
