§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryInformation on the importation of hazardous waste into England by type of waste has been collated since the introduction of the Transfrontier Shipment of Hazardous Waste Regulations in October 1988. No information is collated on imports of non-hazardous waste.
The provision of similar information for Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales, my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland and my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland respectively.
