To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will list the 95 single market measures not yet agreed.

Part B of my Department's checklist on progress on the Commission's white paper, a copy of which is deposited in the Library of the House lists 109 measures which require Council adoption. Of these 109, seven have common positions agreed, five are partially adopted and two are political agreements, leaving 95 measures which have not yet been agreed.
