§ Mr. RedwoodNo, although my officials together with representatives of the Post Office regularly attend meetings with other member countries of the Universal Postal Union to discuss matters of mutual interest. However, the issue of postage stamps and the manner in which mail is exchanged internationally is an operational matter for the Post Office itself.
