§ Mr. BaldryQuantities of exports of civil plutonium to individual countries cannot be disclosed on the grounds of commercial confidentiality. Each country listed has a safeguards agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency; the texts are in IAEA INFCIRCs 156 (Austria/IAEA), 193 (Euratom/Non Nuclear Weapon States/IAEA) and 290 (France/Euratom/IAEA) respectively.
