§ Mr. PatchettTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will list those local authorities that gave grants to regional theatres in 1986,1987,1989 and the first six months of 1990;
(2) if he has yet decided upon the criteria for capping poll tax levels, in 1991; and if he will make a statement.
