§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryNo specific advice has been issued to local authorities by my Department. The Department of Health and the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food have issued jointly a food safety leaflet advising the public on how to avoid health risks posed by some types of bacteria including Campylobacter enteritis. This leaflet was also made available to environmental health officers in local authorities.
