To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will make it his policy not to use the formula proposed by the Kings Fund of half a million people when determining the scope and area to be covered by procuring authorities in the Health Service in Wales.

We have no plans at present to adjust district health authority boundaries in Wales.
