§ Mr. RobertsDuring 1990–91 the Training Agency in Wales' estimated expenditure on training programmes is £114,000,000. How much of this will be allocated to training and enterprise councils will depend upon their individual start dates. Currently in the development phase, all seven TECs in Wales are expected to be operational by about the turn of the year.
