§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryIt is estimated that in April 1990 unleaded petrol consumption accounted for 32.3 per cent. of total petrol consumption. The figures for April 1988 and April 1989 were 0.4 per cent. and 15.2 per cent. respectively.
