§ Mr. SainsburyThe Foreign Compensation Commission, which has been assisted in the performance of administrative tasks by Price Waterhouse, will on 1 June begin making final payments from the Russian fund amounting to approximately £28.2 million, representing 24.78 per cent. of the value assigned to a claim, to successful claimants against the fund. Taking into account the two previous interim payments, the total sum paid to claimants from the fund will amount to approximately188W £62.4 million, representing 54.78 per cent. of the assessed value of successful claims. The disbursements commencing on 1 June will exhaust the balance in the fund.
