§ Mr. McLoughlinI visited Liverpool airport on 25 April. Following arrangements made some weeks ago, I also visited the Mersey Docks and Harbour Company on154W 17 May and toured the company's docks and facilities. I regret that I had to cancel my proposed visit to the Liverpool marine office on 17 May.
