§ Mr. WigleyTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales what criteria are used by his Department to measure the efficiency of health authorities, and facilities within health authorities in Wales.
§ Mr. GristI refer the hon. Gentleman to section VI of the "Corporate Management Programme for the Health Service in Wales", a copy of which is in the Library of the House.
The corporate management programme is currently being developed to take account of the changes proposed in the White Papers "Working for Patients" and "Caring for People".
