§ Mr. RedwoodNone. Textiles trade between the USSR and the EC is governed by a bilateral agreement negotiated last year and running till the end of 1992. This complements the general trade and co-operation agreement negotiated at the same time and replaces the previous regime, which imposed autonomous quotas on USSR exports.
