§ Mr. RedwoodNo. As the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry understands the position, International Investments Ltd. is a company which was incorporated in Gibraltar and is now in liquidation. The Secretary of State is not aware of any activities of the company which would bring it within the jurisdiction of the statutes for which he is responsible.
