Mr. JacksonThe provision of advice to polytechnics and colleges funded by the Polytechnics and Colleges496W Funding Council is a matter for the council. The PCFC is encouraging institutions to seek a variety of sources of funding for capital projects and, subject to investment appraisal, gives priority to projects where substantial external funding has been raised.
