Whether they will publish the average amount charged to each taxpayer in 1990–91 by their local passenger transport authority.

The passenger transport authorities do not make direct charges on chargepayers, but impose a levy on their constituent districts. The levy is funded from the general resources of the district councils, including the community charge, revenue support grant and the business rate. The effect of this element of district expenditure on individual chargepayers cannot therefore be shown.
