§ Mr. DorrellAs part of the "Helping the Community to Care" initiative, the Department of Health funded a health link worker post within the Birmingham Chinese community centre for the years 1988–89 and 1989–90. As with all these schemes, central funding for this project was planned to last for a limited period.
