§ Mr. TrippierSince the Radioactive Substances Act 1960 came into force in 1963 there have been some 13 successful prosecutions in England for breaches of the Act. Because of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 it is inappropriate to give details of individual convictions.
