§ Mr. GristThe policies set out by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment on 5 March will apply to discharges from Wales. Discussions will be held with the National Rivers Authority, the Office of Water Services and the sewerage undertaker to work out the detailed arrangements for implementing this policy as soon as is practicable.
