§ Mr. Archie HamiltonThe report, by a senior official in the Department, analyses how inaccurate statements came to be made, and action on its recommendations is in hand. A copy of the conclusions and recommendations has today been placed in the Library of the House and one has also been sent to the Select Committee on Defence.
