What steps they are taking to encourage the negotiation of peace treaties between states still legally at war or under occupation, including Germany and the Baltic States.

The settlement of disputes is a matter for the states concerned to resolve. The United Kingdom is participating in talks with a view to concluding a final settlement of the German question and the termination of quadripartite rights and responsibilities.
