§ 97. Mr. LawrenceTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he plans to deploy aid and trade provision to eastern Europe.
§ Mrs. ChalkerNo. The aid and trade provision is part of the overseas aid budget for developing countries. Economic assistance to eastern Europe is provided from a separate ODA PES sub-programme.
