§ Mr. EggarPurchasing arrangements in the Department of Employment are devolved to the constituent parts of the group. The Training Agency and the Health and Safety Executive have joined the supply index because they consider it appropriate to do so; other parts of the group do not consider that the index is suitable for their organisation.
