§ Mr. RedwoodBefore Trinity Insurance (formerly Trident) and Bryanston Insurance were purchased by Mr. Grant Fowler and companies associated with or controlled by him, prior notice was served on the Department as required by section 61 of the Insurance Companies Act 1982. The Department, in deciding not to object, took fully into account the interests of policyholders.
