§ Mr. RobertsThe estimated total out-turn costs for the A55 Conwy crossing and Pen-y-Clip schemes, as set out in the Welsh Office commentary on public expenditure in Wales 1990–91 to 1992–93, are £170.8 million and £85.3 million respectively. These estimates are in line with expectations at the time the contracts were let.
