§ Mr. LilleyYes. As was foreshadowed in the Inland Revenue's Budget day press release, my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer is today tabling amendments to clause 68 of the Finance Bill to extend to local enterprise companies in Scotland the proposed new tax relief for business contributions to training and enterprise councils in England and Wales on the same terms and for the same period.
