§ Mr. NeedhamThere have been several discussions between Northern Ireland Ministers and the trade unions over the past 18 months. There will be an opportunity for all interested parties to comment on the Government's proposals which it is planned to publish in a White Paper later this year. In the meantime, it is open to the trade unions to bring forward further views on the subject at any time.
