Some clients may need to spend several days with a training agent before a realistic action plan can be agreed. Others with a clear and realistic idea of their own employment aims can be referred directly to training with minimal need for counselling, assessment etc.
The average length of time that training agents in London take to assess employment training clients' needs and draw up an action plan is about five hours spread over one to two days.
